How to go about making a claim and documents needed;
Report the accident or incident to the police immediately but no later than 24 hours and obtain a police abstract.
Do Not Accept Liability in case of an accident. This will also allow the insurance company to gather its own information for adoption in their claims assessment process and to determine if there is need for further investigation into the event which led to the accident.
